Password play a crucial role in securing our accounts. A strong password should be complex enough to withstand brute force attacks, yet easy enough to remember.

According to NordPass, one of the most commonly used and easily guessed passwords globally is admin#1234, which is suspected to be the password used to access a government data storage server at the National Data Center (PDN).

Research by NordPass has shown that people tend to opt for passwords that are easy to remember rather than secure ones, especially when they need to access them on different devices.

A document titled 'Temporary National Data Center Services Access (Government Cloud)' uploaded to Scribd revealed that access to the data center owned by the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) is secured with the password "Admin#1234".

NordPass data indicates that the password admin1234 can be cracked in just 11 seconds and has been used globally over 35,000 times.

Moreover, adding special characters to this password can slightly increase the time needed to crack it, for example, it would take approximately 34 minutes to crack the password "admin@123".
